The Bilateral Lasik Surgery is a donated auction item. It is however subject to the acquirer undergoing an assessment and being deemed suitable to undertake the procedure. The acquirer will be made aware of any normal or abnormal risk associated with the surgery in the usual way and will have to decide for themselves whether they wish to then undergo the surgery.

In the event that the acquirer does not wish to then undergo the surgery, the acquirer may transfer the voucher to another person to undergo a further assessment and to ascertain their suitability for the procedure.

The voucher may be transferred up to a maximum of 5 times on this basic and is open for use within a period of 12 months.
